The fourth meeting of the BLISS project was held in the premises of the University of Tartu, in Tallinn, Estonia. All project partners delivered presentations, addressing the recently completed activities since the 3rd project meeting in Milan. The most important topics partners discussed included the development of the Vocational Open Online Course, based on open educational resources and the finalization of the Trainer Handbook. The multiplier activities planned for the upcoming period, the organisation of the foreseen workshops and info-days in the next semester; including their objectives were also presented. Active discussion took place, enabling the consortium to clarify any issues where necessary.
